Support Optionen

Our support team will help you with technical questions. All applications contain a support link or button that you can use to send an e-mail directly and describe your problem.

For complex problems, we offer remote desktop support with TeamViewer. Our support team accesses your device in a live session to solve the problem together. You can allow or deny access at any time.

For more complex problems, you can grant temporary access. The support team will work with your data in your absence and inform you as soon as the problem has been solved.
